Modern slavery is a criminal act and a grave violation of fundamental human rights. It encompasses various forms, including slavery, servitude, forced and compulsory labour, and human trafficking. These share the common element of depriving individuals of their freedom to exploit them for personal or commercial gain. At WDA Automotive Marketing, we maintain a zero-tolerance stance toward modern slavery. We are committed to conducting our business with integrity and ethics while establishing effective systems and controls to prevent modern slavery within our organisation and supply chain.
We also prioritise transparency within our operations and efforts to combat modern slavery throughout our supply chain. We expect our contractors, suppliers, and business partners to adhere to the same high standards. Our contracting processes include explicit prohibitions against forced, compulsory, or trafficked labour, as well as any form of slavery or servitude.
We anticipate that our suppliers will hold their own suppliers to these high standards. This policy applies to all individuals working for or on behalf of WDA Automotive Marketing, including employees, directors, officers, agency workers, seconded workers, volunteers, agents, contractors, external consultants, third-party representatives, and business partners. This policy does not constitute part of any employee’s employment contract and may be modified at any time.
