Devised, planned and delivered by WDA, this 3D animation became a key asset in introducing KOROYD’s revolutionary back-of-hand impact protection. We wanted it to be clear from the start—this isn’t just another glove; it’s a game-changer in hand safety. Built for extremes, ready for everyday use, KOROYD delivers safety in a compact, lightweight, and flexible form. It’s engineered so users can work hard and move freely, without sacrificing protection.

When you’re introducing disruptive technology, the first challenge is getting your audience to recognise a problem they didn’t even know existed. For Koroyd, that meant changing the mindset around glove protection. The industry was stuck in the belief that better impact protection had to come with bulk, weight, and limited mobility.

Koroyd flipped that script with a revolutionary solution: a protection pad that’s 50% thinner, incorporating their patented tube technology for unmatched flexibility and articulation—all in a lightweight package.

Our task? To craft positioning and messaging that captured the essence of this game-changing innovation. We had to make it hit hard, be engaging, and leave a lasting impression. Koroyd’s gloves weren’t just about protection—they were about transforming how people move. And we needed to make sure the world saw that.

The solution

Many brands were marketing their protective gloves with the same old “tough, rugged” image. But when we looked deeper into the tech, it was clear most of them were using basic, low-tech impact pads—nothing innovative. A couple of brands mentioned ‘non-newtonian’ materials, but nothing groundbreaking. Koroyd, however, was different.

Koroyd’s tech didn’t just absorb impact; it redirected forces away from the hand using a unique system of sandwiched tubes inside an elastomer layer. The result? A thinner, lighter pad with far superior movement and protection.

To explain this to industries like construction and heavy manufacturing, we used a relatable analogy: steel-reinforced concrete. This helped communicate the strength and structure behind Koroyd’s glove technology in terms they understood.

We built the campaign around the idea of being ‘REINFORCED by Koroyd,’ but we needed to highlight the real problem they were solving. So we created the slogan “Comfort & Dexterity SOLVED”—making it clear that the industry’s pain point was finally addressed by Koroyd’s breakthrough solution.
